HeartGold, SoulSilver Announced For US Release

Nintendo has finally announced that their remakes of Pokémon Gold and Silver, aptly named Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, will see a North American release in Spring of 2010. In addition to enhanced sound and graphics, the remakes will sport touch-screen features and "a host of other surprises". More information about the games can be found at pokemon.com.

I’ve never played Gold or Silver, so this is probably a good time for me to get into it. A lot of people mention that their loves of the games may just be nostalgia, though, so we’ll have to see.
