Internet Channel Now Free

Nintendo announced today that their Internet Channel, which previously cost $5, is free once again, as it was upon the Wii’s release; in addition to that, the Internet Channel has been updated with a new version of Adobe Flash Player. For those who did happen to pay for the Internet Channel, never fear; starting sometime in October, you will be able to download, for free, a 500 point NES game of your choice. Keep an eye out for details regarding this.

This seems like something that should have happened a while ago; you can get a browser free for DSi, after all.
