Any Nintendo fans out there who, like me, have been lamenting the lack of quality JRPGs were given reason to rejoice today. Nintendo has put up two teaser sites today, with the promise of more information to come.
There is even less information surrounding the second teaser site of the day, for The Last Story. What we do know, though, is cause for excitement. The game is being designed by Mistwalker, whose latest pedigree includes Blue Dragon and the superb Lost Odyssey, both for the Xbox 360. Most notable, however, is the fact that Hironobu Sakaguchi, the head of Mistwalker, is the man who created Final Fantasy. With that kind of pedigree, it’s hard not to get excited, even though we’ve seen nothing but a logo thus far. The logo for The Last Story.
