More things were revealed about the upcoming Metroid title today, along with gameplay footage and a new bundle.
As Metroid: Other M is getting closer to it’s release date of August 31st. 2010, more information has been released to the fans, including a new pre-order bonus, and some more game footage. On the news of the pre-order bonus, gamers who place their pre-order at Gamestop will get an art folio (as shown above). The art folio will come with 16 cards, all with different art on it (but that’s stating the obvious). Metroid fans, I’d recommend you head over to Gamestop and pre-order your copy (if you already haven’t), because you could be missing out on some nice collectibles for your Metroid shrine in your room (yes, the one that has a Metroid plushie hanging from the ceiling.)
Also released with the pre-order bonus were some new trailers, which can be viewed in a group here. There are 5 new videos in total, and show new footage that many fans would like (I sure did), and they include a new Other M twist on current environments familiar with the franchise. The new and improved website for the game has also been updated here, and the update makes the site all the more interesting to search through.
