Some great news if you’re a Netflix subscriber who couldn’t be bothered with the disc.
Now available in the Wii Shop Channel is a downloadable version of Netflix. If you use Netflix, it’ll be no longer necessary to insert the specially made disc into your Wii for the application to run.
The application takes forty-nine blocks when installed onto a Wii. If you were previously using the disc application, you will need to re-authenticate with a code provided for this version.
I don’t care for having to re-authenticate, but at least I have a netbook, so it’s only slightly troublesome.
