Earlier this week, in the state of Victoria, Australia, seven-year-old Christopher Miszkowiec was awarded for his heroic efforts three months ago, where he was in a car accident when the car his family was in hit a kangaroo on a country road. The car rolled several times into bushland, and the mother was knocked unconscious by the impact. Christopher quickly freed himself and his six-month-old brother Dilon, then turned on his Nintendo DS so that he could see his mother in the complete darkness and helped her to get free. Christopher was given an Ambulance Victoria Community Hero award for his bravery on Monday; on a more personal note, he may now play his DS anytime he likes at home.

Geez, and just two days ago I was mocking that Flashlight title on DSiWare. I sure got told. Better download it in case I need to save someone at night.
