Capcom has officially announced today that Ghost Trick Phantom Detective will be released on January 11, 2011. This news comes a month after the game was delayed in September. The game puts players in the shoes of Sissel who has recently died and can possess inanimate objects in the real world to use them to have an impact on events.

This game was a blast to play while I was at PAX and quite addicting. I’m glad it’s being released during the lull in releases though, so hopefully that will help it perform!
