Our neighbors across the Pacific will get the famed showcase once again in 2011.
This news probably won’t make sense for consumers living in the Western Hemisphere, but for the Japanese it might start a hype train. To explain further, Nintendo has announced that they’ll be bringing back a “Nintendo World” convention in 2011, which only last appeared in 2006. The event will be a 3DS demo event, and will take place from January 8th-10th 2011. If you want to take a look at the event, Nintendo has launched an official website to go along with the given name (“Nintendo World 2011″). No further information has been revealed at the moment, but you can expect it to be on here right when it is posted.
Free admission, 3DS demo stations, and excitement waits, so if you’re in Japan (or will be during then)…why not go?
