A survey released show young kids are wanting the company’s hardware.
The Nielsen Company has released results of a survey conducted of children age 6-12. In the results, those surveyed wanted the Nintendo DS/DS Lite/DSi family of handheld hardware more than other systems from gaming manufacturers. Taking two of the three top spots were Apple products, which have begun to make waves in the gaming world via sales.
Nielsen also surveyed those who were 13 years or older and the results were much less favorable to Nintendo. To see the full report, head to the Nielsen Company blog.
I’m not surprised Apple products are generally on top of want lists, but occasionally I wish the want wasn’t so prevalent.
