This Valentine’s day brings you games of lovers trying to be reunited.
The free WiiWare demos this week are for Chick Chick Boom and Chronos Twins DX.
DSiWare: Treasure Hunter X, 200 Nintendo Points
You are Tyrol the treasure hunter, and you need to collect lots of treasure to woo the woman of your dreams. You’ll have to contend with Mother Nature, however, along with the creatures that lurk in the darkness; make sure you don’t get trapped in this action title.
DSiWare: Oscar in Toyland 2, 500 Nintendo Points
You’re back in Toyland, collecting the baby Oscars that have been scattered throughout the world. Use your trusty yo-yo to not only attack enemies but to swing from platformers as you travel through the game’s seven lands.
DSiWare: Panda Craze, 500 Nintendo Points
You are Tik-Ling, a panda traveling through deserts, forests, caves and more in order to get home. In each of the game’s 150 levels, you need to dig, burrow and blast your way to collect all the lanterns in order to open a portal to the next level, but be careful that you don’t get stuck and unable to advance.
WiiWare: Pucca’s Kisses Game, 500 Nintendo Points
This title bills itself as an “interactive cartoon”. Pucca is a young girl who desperately wants to kiss the young ninja Garu, and nothing will stand in her way. As Pucca travels the land, you can pause the cartoon and use items as necessary in order to help Pucca on her quest.
Pucca’s Kisses Game reminds me a little of Chulip, a kissing-based game from the creator of Little King’s Story, though this one’s an interactive cartoon, which is an interesting concept.
