First Firmware Update for Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo has released the first firmware update for the Japanese region Nintendo 3DS. Currently, the patch notes are available on their website and lists the update as “1.1.0-1J.” The update includes:

Improved system stability
SpotPass Update
Improved network connectivity (involving Nintendo Zone)
“3D images of live music,” added (Koji Kondo playing Super Mario Bros. theme on the piano)
