Ever wonder how much RAM the Nintendo 3DS has? Repair site iFixit set out to answer exactly that. They took an X-Ray of the Fujitsu MB82M8080-07L chip inside the system. With all the detective work they found that the 3DS has 128MB of RAM. According to Fujitsu, the chip has a data rate of 3.2 GB/sec, nearly two times of DDR2 RAM.
