Nintendo Download: 7/28/11

eShop: Let’s Golf! 3D, $6.99

This title is a 3D-enhanced port of the elsewhere-released Let’s Golf! 2, and is the first original downloadable 3DS title. Play with traditional Let’s Golf! controls on one of six eighteen-hole courses, each in a different environment. Golf as one of eight different characters, each with their own special moves.

DSiWare: GO Series: Portable Shrine Wars, $1.99/200 Nintendo Points

It’s a Japanese festival, where teams are trying to run their Mikoshi shrine to the finish line first. With your team, ram other Mikoshis out of the way, then grab the fallen carriers and recruit them to your team. Watch out for pit holes or large bosses.

DSiWare: Oscar’s World Tour, $4.99/500 Nintendo Points

Oscar has left Toyland and is traveling the world now. Swim, fly and run through the various worlds, using your yo-yo to reach distant ledges and take out enemies.

DSiWare: My Australian Farm, $1.99/200 Nintendo Points

Have you ever wanted your own Australian farm? In this game you’ll have to work for it, as all you have to start with is a single emu. Care for it until it lays eggs that you can sell at market, which you can use to buy other farm animals or equipment, like a wind turbine or a grain store. You’ll have to care dutifully for the six kinds of animals you can obtain, or you can trade animals with owners of other My Farm titles.

WiiWare: Burn the Rope, 1,000 Nintendo Points

The objective of this game is simple: you have to burn the rope. The problem is, fire will only burn upward, so you have to continually rotate the stage so the fire burns as much rope as possible. You’ll also encounter bugs crawling along the rope which will affect how you play.

SNES: Brawl Brothers, 800 Nintendo Points

People are going missing all around Bayside City, but Rick and Doug, also known as Hack and Slash, don’t care until some of their friends go missing as well. Up to two players can roam the streets, fighting off bad guys and making their way to the enemy’s secret air fortress.

I was wondering if we were going to see downloadable 3DS titles like Let’s Play! 3D. It was never really brought up in the material I saw, though maybe it should have been assumed.
