Nintendo has released information about the Ambassador Program for the Nintendo 3DS for users who have adopted the hand-held gaming system. Users who have downloaded the new software update for the Nintendo 3DS, or users who have visited the Nintendo eShop before 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, August 11, 2011, were automatically registered for the Ambassador Program and will receive 20 free downloadable games before the end of the year.
Donkey Kong Jr. and The Legend of Zelda are two games out of ten that will be coming from the NES Virtual Console. Metroid Fusion and Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3 are two games out of ten that will be coming from the Game Boy Advance Virtual Console.
Some early adopters have been having trouble with the Nintendo website, with it saying that it’s not recognizing their serial code when they add the last digit inside of the box. Make sure not to enter the last digit that is located inside of the box and it should work after you do that.
