Nano Assault, which is a 3DS follow up to Nanostray 1 & 2, will be released November 22, 2011. The basis of the story is that you have to stop a deadly Nanostray virus from spreading and contaminating the civilization. You control a Nanite ship, which you navigate through alien cells and battle deadly bosses to eventually save humanity. The game play adjusts its difficult based on how you play. There are 32 levels with multiple weapons to choose from. If you think that you have what it takes to save humanity, it is now available for preorder from various stores.
I get a serious Metroid Prime vibe from this. Not that I’m complaining.
