With the demise of Hudson Entertainment, the question of whether or not Konami or another entity would publish the Nintendo 3DS Tetris game shown at E3 this year was looming. Today, Nintendo answered that by announcing they will be publishing the game in the US. The game also got an official name, Tetris: Axis.
No price was given for the game, but a release date of October 2nd has been set.

This is great news, even if I sort of expected it from Nintendo since they haven’t published a Tetris game themselves since Tetris DS.
