Wii U Controller Patent Reveals Cut Content

With the Wii U and E3 out in the near future, people can’t help but to wonder what the new Wii U controller is going to be like. Well, new patent information was released recently that gives light on what may or may not be included in it. Two features that were possibilities were glasses-free 3D and HD screen.

While these are only possible features, the list also includes voice and facial recognition, video-phone function, gun shaped accessories, and even a keyboard. Some of these have already been scrapped, but some may still be used in the final design. This year’s E3 will probably show us what the Wii U and its new controller have to offer.

Personally, I couldn’t care less about the 3D screen. I’d much more prefer to have a HD screen on it.
