Xenoblade Chronicles Out Today

Today, Xenoblade Chronicles is available at one brick and mortar retailer, GameStop. The game is still available online through their website as well as Nintendo’s online shop. If you don’t have a Classic Controller Pro, don’t forget about the special $64.99 bundle from Nintendo that comes with both the game and the accessory.

will this be available in major retail chains (say walmart,meyer & kruger)

  No, it’s exclusive to Nintendo’s online shop and GameStop only in the US.
