A company known as FarSight Studios, who is known for its Pinball Arcade software that recreates famous pinball tables of the past, is trying to raise money for a new table through Kickstarter. The team wants to digitally recreate the famed Star Trek: the Next Generation table and make it available as the next table for Pinball Arcade, but needs to raise a large amount of money in order to pay licensing fees.
Rewards for donating to the project include copies of Pinball Arcade that include the Star Trek table, on the platform of the donor’s choice; the Kickstarter page lists the Wii U as a future platform, and the Pinball Arcade website features the Nintendo 3DS logo as well.
