I don’t give a rat’s ass what my little bracket for the site looks like. It’s something I did in 5 minutes because I didn’t want to use bracketmaker.com. I do blame GIMP, because it’s horribly user-unfriendly. I can never figure out how to do anything in it. Photoshop is just so much more accessible. If you like GIMP, that’s fine. But I don’t. I can take criticism fine, but basically telling me I suck is not criticism, it’s just insulting.
And ironically, design-wise, my image is better than yours. Yours has better craftsmanship, but the design is too busy. But you aren’t a graphic designer, so I’m not going to tell you that you suck.
You always fit in fine here before, but just a couple months ago you and I had a conversation about how mean you’ve been being as of late, and you apologized and said you would stop. You told me you were just upset because of the whole relationship thing.
And now, you’re trying to act like a victim here? That’s bullshit. This blog entry is not an apology. I’m disappointed.
I just now edited the post and saw your comment on this blog after I posted the edit.
And your damn right I am not a graphic designer, but you are and should act like it, cause that image (at least in my opinion) looks like it was made in paint and not a decent image edit app like GIMP.
The redacted comment is the only thing I wanted an apology for, so thank you, and I accept it. I’m sorry for how things got blown out of proportion. You know I like you too.
