I’m sorry to hear about all that. I’m glad you still have time to go see your grandpa. It must be hard for you to see him in his condition but if it makes him so happy, thats all that matters right now.
But I am glad to hear that you like your job. If you had two jobs you absolutely hated, it would be that much worse. And more responsibility (and more pay!) is always a good things in our day and age.

Sorry to hear about your grandpa Emo. I’ve lost all four grandparents in the past 6-7 years, and it never gets any easier. Hopefully when that time does come, he’ll be as comfortable as possible and ready to move on.
I can also relate to your worries about your mom. I worry about my dad... he’s morbidly obese, and he has a stressful job that raises his blood pressure... I feel like he’s a heart attack waiting to happen, and that terrifies me.
Economy-wise, my boyfriend’s dad got laid off recently, and I can barely keep half a tank of gas in my car. It really is fucking awful, but hopefully a democrat in the White House will improve things.
