If you use the Wii Wheel a lot (more than 50%) of the time for a bit, when you go online you’ll have a Gold Wheel next to your name.

It does absolutely nothing except show that you’re an avid wheel user.

Not so much a cheat as a helpful hint.

To avoid those ’unavoidable’ POW blocks what you need to do it just as it goes to pound for a third time, pull off a trick. You’ll still spin out of control and lose an item, but you won’t lose your speed and you’ll continue driving as if nothing really happened.
