That’s awesome, Cerv. I can really sympathize, too ... you’re my Peurto Rican Jew Italian twin. I was at 245lb the summer I graduated high school. When I left for my job in Japan just after turning 24 I was at 196, just like in your picture. I kept myself under 210 until after 33 when I got married, then it all went to shit again. Marriage has a way of doing that I guess. Anyway keep it up and never be too hard on yourself if you slip a bit.

Good job on the weight loss. I had an unintentional, but welcome, loss of 60 pounds in my freshmen year of college. Still trying to figure out if there’s a worm in my stomach.
