Looks like the competition is tightening around here. The PS3 numbers look impressive; it appears a price drop was what Sony needed, now it can compete reasonably with the 360. Its closeness with the Wii numbers seem worrisome at first, until you realize that the PS3 does not have supply problems and the Wii does. Wii Play continues to do well, which goes without saying; I’m impressed with the DS game sales, myself, I had doubts (for some reason) that the NDS version of Olympic Games would do that great. I guess it’s all about the install base. Speaking of which, look at the sales for the Wii version of Guitar Hero; is that the casual market finally getting their hands on it, now that Christmas has passed?
