On September 17, three families chosen in Nickelodeon- and Nintendo-sponsored contests across America met in Orlando, FL, to determine who was America’s Fittest Family. This October, Nick at Nite will be showcasing highlights from the event during commercial breaks, which was hosted by Olympic skater Kristi Yamaguchi and featured families competing in a series of exercises such as yoga, balance exercises, and aerobic exercises. Tune in October 9 to see who will be crowned America’s Fittest Family, and who will walk away with a massive prize package from Nintendo and Nickelodeon.

Wii Fit certainly has taken the country by storm, despite myself being totally unable to find it on store shelves. Hopefully we get a little more fit.
