The Onion, a parody news site, has posted an amusing article blaming Wii for the rise in effeminate violence across the US.  Games such as Wii Sports and WarioWare: Smooth Moves were among the games cited for dainty attacks in school grounds.  Dewy’s Adventure was named the worst offender due to the cuteness of the main character and the colorful palette the game has.

One faux organization, Parents Against Wii, was also stated to be suing Nintendo for a paltry $52 million in damages for the sissy swattings.

Keep in mind that this article has indeed been written by The Onion and is in no way real.  When I first read the headline though, I did roll my eyes for a second until I hit the word effeminate.  Must be a sign of the times that you can glance at satirical periodicals and think for brief moments that they are real.
