Nintendo Preps For WiiWare
Posted by NintendoGal, 164 days ago Mar 21, 2008 01:11

Users who visit the Wii Shop Channel may find an update waiting for them.  That’s due to the fact that Nintendo has rolled out an update that will allow users to access WiiWare games.

No more details were released however as to what exactly the update enabled.

I know I’m among many of those who are hoping Nintendo will enable at the very least, a way to store the games on SD cards.  If not on SD cards, enabling those useless USB ports in the back for a hard drive would hit the spot.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that you don’t use a charge station, a USB-enabled keyboard with your Wii, or that humping dog you can plug into practically any USB port.

No, I don’t have a use for a keyboard with the Wii, my charge station is from Nyko that plugs into the wall, and I don’t own the dog humping USB stick. ;)
