I have been wondering myself for years how I would look like thin or if I could lose weight at all , so I decided to make a little experiment .
For the past week I have been on a strict 400 Calorie per meal diet . No snacks , no candy , no ice cream all the good stuff off the list . If I want juice instead of water I would buy diet snapple lemon or ice tea ( made sure it the Kosher approval snapple ) , for meat grilled chicken or very little red meat . As a diet supplementary I would use hydroxicut ( which makes you piss like a race horse ) . Mon through Saturday I would work out 1 hour a day burning 600 - 650 Calories with no breaks . Now what were the results of my experiment ?
Last Weeks Weight (07/30/08) : 234Lbs
New Weight (08/05/08) : 229Lbs
Now what i dont get is why do i still look big ?
